Daniel Kwaku Tweneboah Asirifi, known as Kwaku Asirifi is the Managing Partner of the firm and a seasoned legal practitioner with over 25 years of experience at the forefront of Ghana’s legal and financial sectors. Admitted to the Bar in 1999, his unique professional profile is bolstered by an elite background in Public Administration and Business (BSc Admin, MPA) from the University of Ghana. As the former Chairman of GCB Bank (Ghana Commercial Bank), Kwaku brings an unparalleled depth of boardroom leadership and commercial acumen to the firm’s practice.

His practice is defined by high-level expertise in Banking and International Finance, Financial Securities, and Corporate Governance, where he advises Tier-1 institutions on complex regulatory and structural frameworks.
